Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate tracked shipping in New Zealand.
Free shipping for orders over $150 NZ wide.
Local delivery is available for orders within Nelson/Tasman. This will depend on the time the order is placed
Deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm all week. We will still send the shipping notification when delivering.
We offer international shipping to all countries.
International shipping delays can be expected and can vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dawn Swimwear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you selected tracked shipping this notification will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds are only available for products with manufacturing faults or incorrect item received. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
