My Package hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Please get in touch with the postal service using the tracking number. Also please email hello@dawnswimwear.com with your order number and contact details and we will endeavour to help locate the parcel.

My items are damaged.

In the unlikely event there is a manufacturing problem or fault with one of the garments please get in touch with our returns team at hello@dawnswimwear.com and we will assist with the issue. If you are unsure on our returns policy please view before sending back items or just simply send us an email.

I entered the wrong shipping details, can I change them?

The shipping details can only be changed before the item/s have left the store. If an item has already been shipped to an incorrect address please get in contact with us at hello@dawnswimwear.com and we will do our best to help you out.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Yes, as long as all of the labels and sanitary stickers are not removed from the item we can exchange for another size.
